The ongoing plunge of Interest Rates

combined with the significant price adjustments that have taken place in most communities means quite literally that today you can buy a home that would have cost you two times more per month in 2005.  You can buy the home today that your boss’s boss with double your income could barely afford in 2005.  Talk about a reality check.
