It’s back to basics… Open Houses can work.

This market continues to evolve … and part of that means that we have to evolve with it.  But as the market heats up, and it really is heating up, sometimes the basics work best.

So this Sunday, May 20th, I am off to do an Open House at 400 Saddlebrook in Pleasant Hill from 1 – 4.  This home is listed by Catherine Myers in my office.  She’s done a great job staging the property in this rarely available Saddle Ridge neighborhood.  Saddle Ridge is directly adjoining the Ridgeview Open Space Park and within walking distance of the Virginia Hills Shopping Center.  And the neighborhood feeds into high quality K – 14 schools located off Viking Drive… including renowned Diablo Valley College.

In these days of multiple offers and frenzied searches for the right home, open houses are a great way for buyers to get a good look and feel for the home and the surrounding neighborhood.  Check out the property (click here) and then join me on Sunday afternoon.  It promises to be perfect home-buying weather.
